What you can move with us:

You are part of the central AI team that supports the nine INFORM business units on topics related to machine learning and the application of large language models (LLMs)
In your role, you will develop centralized AI services and prototypes. From Innovative LLM usecases, to machine learning based optimization of business processes
You advise the AI developers, software developers and product managers in the business units and organize training courses and lectures
Together with your colleagues, you evaluate innovative technologies in an agile environment. Therefore you actively collect feedback from the business units and their customers
Based on your insights into the various product teams, you will develop strategies for the whole of INFORM and shape the development of innovative solutions

What you bring along:

Several years of industry experience in the field of artificial intelligence (machine learning, large language models, natural language processing)
Degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, or similar. Ideally, you have a doctorate in one of these fields
Practical experience and methodological knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence (e.g. ML, LLM, NLP)
Comprehensive experience in a high-level programming language (e.g. Python) and confident handling of relevant frameworks (e.g. NumPy, Pandas, Langchain)
High degree of self-motivation and initiative to constantly update and extend your knowledge
Good knowledge of German (min. B2) and very good knowledge of English (min. C1)
