Every airport organizes the ground times of arriving aircraft as efficiently and economically as possible. In doing so, they have to coordinate dozens of parallel processes in the face of numerous unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, technical defects or staff absences. This is the exact challenge you will tackle in our agile #aviation teams, and you will work with international customers such as Lufthansa, Emirates, KLM and Fraport. What you can move with us:

Creation and maintenance of the sales material’s repository for INFORM´s aviation software solutions
Overall sales support through taking care of the preparation and delivery of customer specific sales materials, proposals, sales data collection and creation of sales reports
Taking the lead in tender responses
Coordination of cross divisional sales activities
Pre-qualification of leads through clarification calls, presentations and high-level solution demonstrations

What you bring along:

Administrative, business studies or a commercial apprenticeship
Minimum several years of work experience in business administration or similar fields (e. g. as Sales Assistant, Sales Operations, Account Manager or Sales Coordination Specialist)
Experience in the B2B area in a highly complex environment (e.g. IT) is a plus
German native speaker and very good level of English
Relationship building and people skills
Enthusiasm, reliability and an independent work manner
Distinctive organizational and coordination skills, high commitment and great resilience - even in demanding peak times
The drive to pro-actively deliver distinctive support to the team
