What you can move with us:

You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation, manuals and user guides for our RiskShield software solution.
You will also be responsible for designing and creating application-related training materials, videos and demos.
You will take us one step further by contributing your expertise to the development of our e-learning platform.
You will work closely with our development team, product management and other stakeholders to create complex technical information in a clear and understandable way.
Your tasks also include optimizing existing documentation based on feedback from users and technical teams, ensuring its quality through careful research and review.

What you bring along:

Degree in computer science, engineering, technical communication, linguistics, or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience as a technical writer, technical editor, documentation specialist or IT-Editor ideally in the field of software documentation
Very good written and spoken English skills
Ability to present complex technical issues clearly and comprehensibly
Willingness to take on technical tasks, such as configuring demos or mapping use cases
Experience in working with authoring and video tools is desirable
