What you can move with us:
- You develop new customer relationships and maintain existing contacts. You act as a strategic sparring partner and drive innovative topics forward.
- You will expand our sales potential by actively acquiring new customers.
- You will take responsibility for the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closing and beyond - including the preparation of offers and negotiations.
- You will actively work with new and existing customers to add value.
- You will regularly monitor and support customer requests, such as maintenance contract renewals, price adjustments and campaign support, and be the responsible contact for reference visits.
- You work closely with the project and product teams to ensure optimal solutions.
- You represent the interests of your customers within the company, e.g. in scheduling and resource planning.
- You actively network with other Sales and Account Managers within and outside your area (e.g. in the Account Manager Community) to create synergies.
What you bring along:
- Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, account management, project management, sales representative, account manager, key account manager, business development manager or in comparable areas.
- Experience in project management, ideally in the field of IT projects.
- Very good understanding of solution-oriented sales and contract negotiations.
- Understanding of logistics processes (e.g. in the automotive industry, transportation).
- Excellent presentation skills and strong negotiation skills with a view to closing deals.
- Empathy and a good feel for the needs of our customers and prospects.
- Strong communication skills, willingness to travel within Europe and very good German and English language skills.
