What you can move with us:
  • You train/instruct our customers in the functionality and handling of our software called RiskShield.
  • You communicate highly complex technical content in a customer-oriented way and are responsible for the presentation to the customer. Therefore, you create and update the content in a professional, didactic and modern way for on-site and e-learning plattforms.
  • Additionally, you are organizing the project management processes of our RiskShield academy and  determine the overall effectiveness of programs and trainings by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for future concepts of our trainings and bringing them to the next level for our SaaS business.
What you bring along:
  • Professional experience and knowledge in the field of technical trainings, lecturing, tuition or workshops, ideally in the financial sector, insurance or telecommunications.
  • Teaching and mentoring experience and empathy for the partipants.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into easily understandable formats for non-technical users.
  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or similar.
  • Fun and joy in dealing with people in a customer-centred way.
  • Very good communication skills, presentation skills and a confident manner. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Good knowledge of German and English
