As a Sales Operations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial engine - driving efficiency and alignment across teams to accelerate growth. Working closely with Key Account Managers, Marketing, and internal stakeholders, you’ll streamline processes, ensure data accuracy, and enable smooth execution throughout the customer journey.
What you can move with us:
- You support the entire sales cycle in close collaboration with Key Account Managers—from lead generation and quotes to tenders (RFI/RFP), project-related adjustments, and follow-ups.
- You streamline and document sales processes, provide reporting, implement automation, and contribute to best practices.
- You prepare and refine presentations, success stories, and sales materials.
- You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align outreach strategies and campaign execution for new products and features and aligning on campaign execution and outreach strategies.
- You analyze sales data, take action, measure impact, and support data-driven decisions and planning.
- You maintain and optimize CRM/ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics), ensuring data quality and CRM hygiene.
- You monitor customer touchpoints and support status, track performance metrics, and prepare internal reports.
- You support regional planning, including segmentation, territory allocation, and quota distribution.
What you bring along:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (e.g. Finance, Management, International Business).
- Several years of experience in solution-based sales, with a focus on driving commercial success.
- A proven track record in steering sales performance, optimizing sales operations, and leveraging analytics for strategic insights.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools for pipeline management, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- A high level of personal responsibility, initiative, and independent working style.
- Fluency in both German and English (at least C1-Level).
- Ideally, familiarity with the financial technology landscape and experience in solution-based sales processes.
